Nest & Bloom Childcare was created to offer a more thoughtful and personal approach to finding the right childcare because finding someone to care for your child is one of the most significant decisions you will ever make.

As a mother of two young children, I understand that feeling deeply. I know what it is to hand your child to someone else and hope with everything you have that they are safe, happy, and truly cared for. It is not just about finding someone available it is about finding someone you genuinely trust, someone whose values align with yours, and someone who will love your child the way you would want them to be loved.

That experience is what led me to build Nest & Bloom. I wanted to create something different, an agency where every family is truly listened to, where no introduction is rushed, and where the standard of care begins long before a nanny ever steps through your door.

Every nanny on our books is personally interviewed and rigorously vetted by me. I check qualifications, references, first aid certification, and enhanced DBS but I also go further than paperwork. I look for warmth, reliability, and a genuine passion for working with children. I only introduce nannies I would trust with my own children. That is not a marketing line it is my personal promise to every family I work with.
