How do you check and vet your nannies?
Every nanny introduced to Nest and Bloom undergoes a thorough screening process. We personally interview candidates, verify references, review employment history, confirm DBS, and first aid certification and relevant childcare qualifications. We only introduce nannies we would feel confident recommending to our own families.
